Tracy is a member of the support desk at Cambridge Online Education, where she is dedicated to assisting families and supporting children’s education. She holds a BA (Hons) in History and American Studies, an MA in American Studies, and a PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education and Training (PCET). Before starting her family, she taught American history at Cardiff Metropolitan University and the University of South Wales, and also worked at Cardiff Met’s English Language Training Centre, supporting postgraduate international students and collaborating with agents, embassies, and homestay providers.

While raising her children, Tracy worked in local primary schools, running interventions for children aged 4 to 11 with special educational needs (SEN) and English as a second language (ESL), with a strong focus on developing literacy skills.

Tracy has also worked as a freelance proofreader since 2007 and joined Cambridge Online Education’s support team in 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys books, film, and theatre. She volunteers as a Book Fairy, hiding books in public places to inspire a love of reading—especially among those who might not have easy access to books.
