With experience managing busy front-of-house environments, handling enquiries, and supporting teams through training and delegation; her background has equipped her with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating welcoming and supportive environments for everyone.
Ellie is currently studying Biochemistry at the University of Portsmouth, where she has developed analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. She holds a BTEC Level 3 in Applied Science with Distinction*, Distinction, Distinction, and a certificate in Environmental Sustainability, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. She is proficient in Microsoft Office, record-keeping, and operational systems, and takes pride in maintaining efficient, well-organised processes that support the smooth running of the school.
Outside of work, Ellie has volunteered at a local community pantry, where she helped create an inclusive and supportive space for visitors.
