Mr Ross has a background in psychology and mental health. Holding a degree in Psychology and having worked within NHS services in both inpatient, community and primary care settings. 

This experience has given him a strong understanding of emotional wellbeing and the important link between mental health and learning. He recognises that children thrive academically when they feel safe, supported and understood.

After gaining his PGCE with QTS, Mr Ross has worked in international school settings and also has extensive experience teaching online. He has taught a diverse range of learners, including many EAL students, and is passionate about building positive relationships that help children feel confident and engaged.

Mr Ross is skilled at creating structured, encouraging and engaging learning environments where pupils feel valued and motivated to achieve their potential.
