Overview:
This topic aims to enhance Key Stage 2 students’ English language skills through a structured and engaging approach. It covers grammar, vocabulary, spelling, handwriting, reading and digital literacy. Students will participate in interactive activities that promote effective written and verbal communication while building a strong foundation in English language arts.
Key Objectives:
To refine understanding and correct usage of different tenses in both speaking and writing.
· To expand vocabulary through reading, discussion, and creative writing.
· To reinforce spelling rules and improve spelling accuracy.
· To develop clear and legible handwriting for effective written communication.
· To introduce and enhance typing skills as part of digital literacy.
· To engage with Key Stage 1 & 2 English National Curriculum content, including comprehension, storytelling, and grammar exercises.
